1. You provide me with as much information as possible on your product(s), goals, marketing efforts to date, and any available analytics. (I am happy to sign an NDA if you believe that is necessary).
2. I will review the information with you (and optionally your team) on a Call to answer any questions I may have.
3. I will study your information, put together my thoughts and generate a Strategy Report within 5 business days that shows your strengths and opportunities. 
4. We will review this together on a Call and develop an Action Plan for next steps. If you have additional needs, we can discuss those at this time.
5. You move forward with new ideas and more confidence in your online business's trajectory.
