Map Your Customer Journey











About:

The customer journey map that I will create will visually map how customers interact with your product.



This tool will help you visualize and understand the different steps of the customer journey and how to improve it, in order to offer a better user experience for you clients.



The customer journey map will analyze all the following points:



  • Stages of the customer journey
  • User goals
  • User interactions
  • Mindset
  • Touchpoint
  • Emotions
  • Business goals
  • Pain points
  • Insights
  • KPI
  • Why are user leaving at this stage
  • Overall pain points



The output will consist in a deep analysis with recommendations that my background in user experience can allow me to provide.



What I need from you:



  • User persona or buyer persona (if you don’t have one just provide information about your users)
  • User goals
  • The scope of the journey “When” and “how” it starts and end
  • Optional (any analytics will be more than valuable)
