I was under tremendous crisis, and needed to find someone who could help. he promised me to do so then didn't meet any of the deadlines we set, and refused to do things he had promised to do. I understand I was working with a bad situation but that's the point. he advertises that he will solve your problem in the same day but he did not do that. he helped a little but it was not worth the huge effort I had to put in for him to respond. I am sure he is also unhappy. that's ok.

he showed me his task, I explained to him that the gig advertised was for fixes only and not to edit graphics, optimize images or create pages from scratch. I gave him a bid. He said he will use someone else. After being disappointed he didn’t speak to me but went ahead and ordered when I was unavailable. He didn’t even order what we agreed.
