Create An Empathy Map With You

With this gig we will meet online using skype during this session we will create a empathy map.  Ordering this gig is an active investment in your product or service.  You will have to participate in order for an empathy map to be made. You should also have a good grasp of who your target client base is. 



We will seek to gain empathy with your clients as well as the pains the feel and the gains they are seeking through use of your product. 



The design thinking process will be taught to you during our meeting or slides will be provided that teach more about empathy. 



With our meeting, we will hand create an empathy map and you will be provided with a template to fill out as we talk.  



By the end of the meeting, you should have a better picture of your client as well as an action plan to ask your current users questions so you can get more into their heads and create products and services that meet their needs. 



If we have time or if you paid for more than the basic we will seek to start brainstorming ideas for products and services.
